We went to Shane's Christmas work party the other night. They had a drawing for some prizes. And Shane won this beautiful Kitchen Aid mixer... so lucky me because really it's mine. I am the true winner. I am so excited! Baking for Christmas has just become wonderful!

Wow, what a great work party. Dave's work prizes require you to win an athletic event most of the time, so as you can imagine, I usually come up empty handed.

Lucky You!!! People in Wal-Mart the day after Thanksgiving were literally killing for those things! One man even got his arm broken and had to go to the hospital. I watched as girls were screaming and pulling hair and held on for dear life to the last one. I'm glad you got yours for free.
